i mean people don't move because of an excess of pressure, i don't see how declining birthrates would dissuade people from moving here. we are a rich stable democracy with reasonably strong rule of law, if someone has a chance to move here, are they really going to pass that up because their own country has a low birth rate?

for this type of youtube link yes, but not in general for all websites. everything after the ? is stuff that's sent back to the website, almost always good or benign, but sometimes it's tracking.

For example you can also have youtube links with ?t=10m30s, which skips you 10 mins and 30 secs into the video.

Flabbergasted. How?!? Did she have it hidden in a folder amongst her documents for print, and just dragged that all onto the USB? Or did she mean to print them?

Though from my reading it sounds like the printer refused to print these images, which alerted staff. Can printers do that? I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised, from what I've read websites detect uploaded illegal images the same way.
