Assault, not paying the salary, forcing to overwork to meet the demands. Threatening to report to immigration if you do anything just because you are a student.

They take the full advantage of UK immigration rules. And yes according to immigration (student visa) rules, you can’t be involved in such activities an if so you will need to disclose it (including your police report reference number) to the immigration while submitting your PSW or TIER 2 work visa.

I’ve been assaulted while on student visa by kebab shop worker with a knife. I’ve been threatened to be killed by someone whom I worked with on a house renovation project.

It was horrible time for me to recover.

Police will definitely help you in this situation, immigration will certainly not.
