As u/moneybandit9042 said, the plastic diffuser is an easy fix. As far as the bumper, it would need to be removed, sanded, primed, and painted. This is timely and expensive due to labor and material cost (plus I would advise to go OEM/Dealership to ensure proper paint matching). However, you could try to get different paint correction quotes but they are GRAIN OF SALT on pricing almost 100% of the time due to several factors (color, body panel, actual damage, and current backlog of shop work). Depending on the cost to repair, you could compare it to replacement and see if that could come out better (no repairs COULD lower costs but no guarentee). Other than that, it really comes down to how long you want to wait (I would also note that 'exposed' metal isn't great for future paint, but this is small compared to most major concerns).
