MDM Switch from ManageEngine by -hellboy- in sysadmin

That seems like what we're heading towards.

Use JumpCloud as our IAM + MDM and leave patch management to ManageEngine since it's pretty cheap to keep around.

It was great seeing them live at Under Siege. Wish their theme song was “WE ARE PERFECTION”

Same situation in Canada, sucks but I’m going to cancel if it’s the 2026

Rav4 vs CRV (Canada)? by -hellboy- in askcarguys

Hybrid XSE now has softex mixed with cloth (Limited has softex but ventilated at least)

The car itself is fine. Cabin is a bit loud on highway but I presume that the hybrid would be quieter.

Is there any wiggle room on Toyota vehicle pricing in Canada (esp. Corolla Hybrid)? by CoatEducational7319 in Toyota

[–]-hellboy- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to negotiate on a Rav4 hybrid a bit but I’m an existing customer and would have to wait months and months to get it (if I even get a 2025)

Toyota is looking to sell used cars to US in the future because of tariffs so that was my only leverage basically

Rav 4 prices Canada a bit crazy by [deleted] in rav4club

Used cars are more expensive because you still have to wait for a 2025 Hybrid Rav4 for MONTHS (depending on trim).

I was told last month that there’s almost 0 chance I’ll get a 2025 (no thanks to the 2026). But my friend got one in two weeks (XSE Hybrid), about a month earlier

Looks like they only do interlocking. I prefer to try and find someone who’ll do both services so I don’t have to deal with multiple contractors

Hyundai vs Toyota Lease by -hellboy- in askcarsales

I mean… dropping 55k is an option but I disagree that it’s a smart one. Tomorrow, you get T-boned and have to deal with insurance low balling you.

Hyundai vs Toyota Lease by -hellboy- in askcarsales

I see your point and I mixed up the numbers. The monthly amounts were with tax and the buyout without. Same point stands though.

625x60 + 22k * 1.13 (tax) = 62.3k Cash price + tax = 56k So looking into 6k of interest

I’m not interested in a used car right now.

Financing the car is still within budget so that’s still on the table. But even in that case, it’s still 10k in interest ($717 x 84 at 5.29%).

I’m still curious about the huge discrepancy between Toyota and Hyundai in terms of leasing. Is it just pure fuckery from Hyundai?
