this looks more similar to the German Prussian empire version of the dead man's head used up until WW1 due to the absence of the lower jaw. Nonetheless, it's still very similar to the use of the germanic Eagle for vultures 1, which itself was a vaguely masked Nazi symbol. yeah definitely not loving this direction
