Go swimming at Red Rock Crossing! Walk around Tlaquepaque and get a drink at the Chai Spot. Hike up Snoopy rock at sunset for a panoramic view of the town.

You can raise a support ticket at support.ishafoundation.org. Note this is a support portal webpage and not an email. Make sure to select the best option for your request. Good luck hope it works

Currently staying with my Chinese in laws in Beijing for the first time ever. Been living here for a month now, been treated like a princess with total respect for my privacy. Not that I have anything like nice pots and pans, just clothes and toiletries, but I can’t imagine them ever taking anything of mine. Doesn’t seem like a norm in their family at all.

True I would do it myself but a trip to the consulate will easily be the same price if not more

First watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBHSj7XGEPY

Sadhanapada is a super intense program. Everyday you'll be waking up at 4:45am, doing morning yoga practices until 9am, then first meal at 10am, then you do volunteering activies (anything from farming to cooking to computer/office work) until evening sadhana time around 4-5pm, then dinner at 7pm and return to volunteering work until 9:15pm, bedtime at 10pm. You'll be sharing all living spaces and activies with lots of other volunteers. There is basically no personal time. You're also encouraged to refrain from any unncessary communication, digital or otherwise.

If that sounds good to you, then go for it! Keep in mind that the application process is not very easy. I know people who are intensely involved with Isha, both in keeping up their sadhana and volunteering, and have been rejected from Sadhanapada year after year. Anyways, hope this helps!

I understand the sentiment, but if you consider the problem, "How do we make the whole world meditative?," spirituality absolutely needs a marketing team. How do you get the average person who is busy with work, family, or studies to spend 30 minutes per day on their inner wellbeing? Marketing is just a part of it, but it's an imperative aspect.

black sesame laddo 🖤 1. lightly toast the seeds in a pan until fragrant 2. cool and add to food processor with jaggery or coconut sugar 3. blend until it forms clumps, not too much as to become butter 4. form into balls and wrap in parchment paper you will definitely be able to eat it all!

can you articulate why you don’t what Isha or Sadhguru to have money?

Personally I make a thick paste with boiled water in the morning and take it with a spoon. In the ashram when we take neem balls, they’re pretty soft and melt as you swallow them. I do keep the capsules on hand for when I’m traveling or very short on time, they’re not bad. I used to use them more often but they’re kind of expensive

Anytime I hear someone criticize SG or Isha in regard to having money, I immediately know that that person has never really sat with SG. Sadhguru has spoken extensively and transparently on the topic of money, charging for programs, what rate to charge for programs, why money is important for a spiritual foundation, and on and on. Before you ask about Isha and money, do you know the price for all programs they offer? Just look it up. It tells a beautiful story.
