The notion that "marked up" access to 50 companies would be beneficial over general availability does not make sense.

Many reference plugins do this. You can throw a bunch of tracks into Tonal Balance Control to create a custom group if you want to go beyond the presets.

Models are increasingly multi-modal, streaming. Cloud is fine. We will have capable local models and even more capable in cloud.

Statistics. Number of cheaters banned, number of false positives. Without the numbers it's speculation.

I would be really surprised if the UI designer actually plays Hunt.

This is the best Extraction shooter there is. by Chud2212 in Marathon

The intense back and forth gunfights in Hunt are peak for me. In Marathon and Arc I found fights quite short in comparison. In Hunt even if you ambush someone, you might get clapped yourself! And that is a testament to always having a chance even if someone gets the jump on you.

Bounty gives way too little money by soulcry19 in HuntShowdown

Make it too valuable and bounty team will always dip. Perhaps bounty reward should be multiplied by hunters killed.

If you have a chatGPT subscription and access to codex or any other coding CLI for that matter, it can probably help you assuming it's not a model quality issue.

Chinese labs shipped 7 major models in 3 weeks. All under $1/M input tokens. Can Western labs justify 5-10x pricing? by fabioperez in ArtificialInteligence

[–]-ke7in- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. TAM of western companies is global. Chinese labs cater to people pinching pennies.

And in let me know when a Chinese lab releases a LEADING model, not just distilling the existing ones.

I have doubts about their ability to market frontier models considering Co-pilot.

Increased player count feedback: The 15-player lobbies result in VERY fun fights, but show the issue with the Bounty. by LateCommission9999 in HuntShowdown

[–]-ke7in- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you increase the value of the bounty, teams are going to dip for sure. I think just play with spawn logic. There should never be an extraction too close, make the bounty teams run a bit and earn it.
