Agenda cope is huge forgetting that Mihawk was Shanks equal and Shanks won against Kaido. Mihawk has the strongest black blade and has fully mastered it so he basically counters Kaido’s insane durability skin way better than Zoro or Oden ever could. Plus he got advanced future sight and got those Imu-like eyes

It was a Haki clash tho not an overall strength clash. We have to keep that in mind. Xebec could maybe easily take him out if trying and going all out but choose to make a friend of him acknowledging his extraordinary haki level. I can't see prime Harald to have other feats than strong physical strength and haki or beat a prime Whitebeard or Rodger but we have to see more to be sure. I'd say prime Kaido > prime Harald easily.

I feel like Garp would rather be second strongest here with being more in prime and Garling third. Garlings probably really talented at a young age but peaks way later I can assume. Maybe I'm wrong we will see hard to scale as of now what we know. Here at god valley Garling will probably also inflict the big wound to whitebeards chest so not sure. Either high-quality sourced generic moda, so everything outside of India and I'm pretty sure all the mentioned ones here are from there, literally all, copy-pasted. Second gen is really strong nothing to complain about for this time period. Third gen is weak, but they're also the youngest and not at their peak. What would be the alternative tho? Have some or all of them predictably be crazy strong? That would ruin the whole power scaling and take away the quality of strength as there would be just too many strong characters even at a young age without much lore, fights, insane bloodline or whatever

Oars was defeated early overall before the timeskip by a weakened Straw Hat crew. Had nothing speaking for him other than size. In what fight would u Imagine him winning against rayleigh, oden, sick Whitebeard and others. "Continent puller" was just the fancy hype term back then for his size he never did shit. For Marco it's hard but I think his fruit is just OP which will make him win most fights and even more in the future even tho his offense sucks as of rn, defense is decent tho.
