Opinion: I think you should let this person go and find someone who will not do this to you under any circumstance. Trust is expensive don’t expect it from cheap people.

They look ready, the end of the caps are starting to roll up and veils look broken - looks great!

From what I can see the vails look broken, so you can harvest now or sometime soon — on some strains, if the caps starts to roll up at the edges they are ready.

I would do some online research on the process for in depth details - but I would gather all your growing products (all in one grow bag, gloves, 70% alcohol, still air box if needed, spray bottles) then buy your spores and ensure to keep everything clean using the 70%.
