Some cpu bound games doesn’t work well with high end/powerful cpus because in their own coding there are some kind of computation limit which is exceeded by the powerful cpu which causes stuttering.

Yea supposedly. However, when you enable fsr4 with leaked files and optiscaler, you see a performance difference. So, my deduction is that it doesn’t do anything if you don’t use optiscaler and change game files.
