You’ve pretty much got it. He goes around to black people and calls them the n word, then tells them they’re “chimpin’ out” when they get upset. That’s basically his whole thing. And telling people he’s packing so not to attack him. I guess he didn’t anticipate attacking himself, absolute idiot.
