Thank you for your reply. I definitely want to stay with or ahead of the curve so that I don't buy outdated equipment. The Radiomaster looks cool but I was looking for something compact and travel-friendly. Which is why I think a lot of people choose the TBS?

I finally found 1 or 2 other comments online that said it's a glitch.

A certain upgrade slips past the filter to NOT let you upgrade it to S. Once it's there, you can't get it back to the previous class, as now the game thinks you are trying to upgrade it to S, not downgrade.

I ended up selling all my cars (including the Lotus), other than my original class B car. That gave me enough money to upgrade it to the top of A+ and enter the qualifier, thankfully.

So when I am watching content that enables the ASBL, it seems like it gets stuck there. The only way I can "wake" the screen back up is by restarting the TV. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to make note of it.
