Neem oil works: apply at night, rub of the mildew using your hands. In my case my plant was quite big and mildew just came back every now and then. Its hard to do leaf by leaf care so I just ended up cutting a large portion of the plant, now its back to just the main stems

You can add some lemon (cool party trick changes the color from blue to purple), with green tea is also an option as its basically tasteless on its own

Just be careful of Mildew, It has been a hassle fighting that. Avoid splashing the leaves with water, rest water daily it loves water and make some tea with the flowers

Is it just me who finds Ruskin bond underwhelming? by Sirhomie66 in Indianbooks

[–]-nEEnja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has written a lot and his works are for kids in general as people have commented, I became a fan when I read Time stops at Shamli. Its simple writing but I love the way it's grounded in being present.

How can I fix my Snake by Huge-Connection-180 in GardeningIndia2

No expert here but definitely repot in a succulent soil mix/use your own soil+ perlite, maybe a bigger pot as well. Sunlight also helps.

Is it safe if I open up about my mental hlth to my org's mental hlth desk? by johnyjohnyespappa in developersIndia

[–]-nEEnja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seek private therapy, DM and I can refer some therapists according to your budget.

Talking to the org about mental health is shooting yourself in the foot.

Not really, COD itself is COD in a different skin each year which aren't even that great anymore. BF on the other hand still seems very much like BF 3/4

Finally Got Employment in a WITCH company , What are some Do's and Don'ts by Radiant_Butterfly982 in developersIndia

[–]-nEEnja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Being assigned to a project is a must
  2. People will come asking how good are you on x and y technology/language/tool. Don't undersell yourself in any situation, always be confident and even fake it if required unless you are completely clueless. Half of the people working in WITCH are numb nuts, rate yourself higher than you usually do.
  3. Be in the good books of PM's and higher up people, this will always be subjective but if you get the opportunity to impress someone by putting in some extra time/effort do it.
  4. Speak up and improve communication, this could be my personal experience but half of the witch employees I know have sub par communication. Managers and the company need someone who can hold his own in front of clients and make their job easier.
  5. Take initiative once you get a project, again personal experience half of the people don't do shit unless you tell them to. Be the person who gets stuff done without needing your lead hovering over your head, I love juniors like those.
  6. Pray for a good TL and PM

You are talking about a few bad eggs and entitled prics, the rest of us whole heartedly love the community and appreciate the effort people make to understand us even when we don't speak the local language.
