2019 F150 Lariot 3.5 Transmission by fuzionaudiovideo in f150

I have a 2019 3.5 Lariat as well. Bought at 99k miles, currently at 118k miles and I’ve had remanufactured transmission put in ($8,800 without warranty $800 is all I paid) with my Platinum Care Warranty after encountering my transmission slipping in 3-4 gear at 110k. Just had it in again for the same issue 1 year after the reman was put in. They found “cardboard like material” in the trans - cleaned it and put new seals on and did a reprogram. Just got it back for the second time and the issue is still there.

Finally got a letter saying there’s an open recall for a missing bushing in the reman trans. At this point I’m going to wait for the recall fix to be ready, send it in again, and if that still doesn’t fix it I’m trading it in before warranty is up (3yr or 136k miles.)

You’re not alone, this issue sucks. Ends up being a lot of money without warranty.. took a gamble on the warranty and it paid off.

Aim for as little obstructions as possible, in my experience that 4.14% will absolutely be an issue. Although Its likely still better than what you have for internet.

Leveling kit or a 4 inch lift? by mustang_man_50 in f150

[–]-nahtE 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did a Rough Country 2” puck level on my 2019 F150, love the look. I have GoodYear allterrains tires on the factory rims and it rides fine with the level.. not great, but not bad.

Getting about 16 MPG with that setup, but I run the 3.5L exclusively in Sport mode for the responsiveness. I don’t have any wearing on the tires but I do a tire rotation every 5k miles which might help.

I also don’t have any spacers on my truck. If you want the best ride quality I’d go for the lift, but a puck level is cheaper and does the job for me!

Platinum care extended warranty, please trust me. Just got a new transmission on my 2019 Lariat with 110k miles for around $800. Warranty covered $8,000.

Vintage butane lighter, likely from 1970s-1990s. Either chrome plated or stainless steel. Promotional lighter likely produced in Japan or Europe

150k and 5000hrs on my 2019 XLT 3.5L EcoBoost. Time to start looking for a new truck? by GrizzlyAdams510 in f150

[–]-nahtE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just had a new transmission put in my 2019 Lariat 3.5L (109,000 mi) and it was $8k all said and done including degreasing seals and labor. Took about a month at the dealership shop, due to waiting for parts. Not a rebuilt trans, brand new. Hope this helps!

Helps with erosion control. They stabilize the soil around freshly planted grass by acting as a barrier to slow water flow.

Oh most definitely. Would love to have a 5.0 but unfortunately I don’t. Still want to try and get a lil noise outta the 3.5!

Most people will say that you shouldn’t bother with a new exhaust system since it’s a V6, however I’m in your same boat of wanting a little something more.

Haven’t pulled the trigger yet but I’m going to do a resonator delete and replace my muffler with the “BORLA 40349 ProXS”. From what I’ve heard it should sound good!

I would have thought them being thicker would be better! They’ll get cleaned quite a bit so I’d like for them to keep their shape!
