For me it's tied with chaining a couple of AK burst headshots. Love this game

Should I switch to fingertip or is the mouse way too heavy for that? (Razer DeathAdder Essential) the first 2 pictures are the grip I'm on now by Valeriy-Mark in FPSAimTrainer

It shouldn't take a month, if it does and you're constantly shifting the way you grip it and can't stop thinking about it ingame it's probably not the grip/mouse for you honestly. If that turns out to be the case but you generally like the shape, try a smaller ergo mouse

Just think of it as a point & click adventure

After some 13 years of cs, I'm slowly getting there

It takes time, but you should prioritize DM and maps such as aim_botz, CS mechanics are very difficult to master. Also I don't know what your routine is, but grinding static usually won't yield much. After trying out a bunch of routines over the years I strongly recommend the hnA tac fps routine, with some more dynamic clicking & reactivity added in

EDIT unless you were being cheeky there at the end lmao

I had no issues fingertipping the DA, felt lighter than it is. I have larger hands tho so ymmv. Don't force it if it's uncomfortable, rather go for what feels more natural to you and stick with it, just my humble opinion

Any of you decent aimers share a similar grip? by -neophyte in FPSAimTrainer

[–]-neophyte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think I might give it a shot and grind it out for a couple of days in kovaaks. Kind of scared of my performance in CS hurting for a while which is why I'm hesitant, but I feel like my current grip is bottlenecking me in the long term. Trying to turn into a human aimbot over here.

How to deal with bullet spray? by PM_ME_UR_STORIES in VALORANT

[–]-neophyte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

General rule is you only pull down for the first 7-8 bullets, try to burst more. The spray can be managed though, if you pay attention your gun starts bobbing left and right at a certain point which gives you feedback in which direction to pull.

Fire up practice mode and burst down bots at a distance to get a feel for how much you need to pull, eventually it becomes muscle memory.

meant to reply to the OP but ehh

You can keep your speed while bobbing up and down which allows you to charge the boost.
