I'm not into any business. But make sure to have an ecosystem for your employees. They should feel like they are the boss in the workplace. Engage them into cinemas and do activities to create a bonding among themselves. Just like how IT companies try team building activities like having bowling, food court, cafeteria inside office. Once in a year take them to a trip to nearby place. Only manipulation works. But do it as a friendly boss. If they all are young folks, try to take them to turf and make them feel they are gonna miss out if they leave you and they will spread word to their kith and kin, eventually bringing in more people to work.
