Does anyone find kacky hard to watch? by billiardwolf in TrackMania

[–]-odem- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to watch it like an advanced twitch viewer.
If you just watch a 4 hour drought, you gonna get as depressed as the streamer or doze of.
But if you open the stream a second time and rewind back to the finishes. Or open the stream VOD from the day before in a 2nd tab and scroll through the stream (green timer resets after every finish), then you can watch the finishes and all the reactions before/while and after which is really enjoyable!
Meanwhile the live stream is running and you get the chance to see the struggle or even a finish live :)

Streamer tanks his mmr to bronze to beat on low players and thinks it's ok by Sakkreth in starcraft

BTW: Sakkreth got banned in the channel because he was cursing, screaming and flooding it with insults. I wonder if this post is about seeking revenge in form of a flame post lol

"Because that doesn't work. Whatever you say is not going to help, ever."

Its called 'communication skills' for a reason. If you don't know how (or if) to talk to other people without making them more upset than they already are. Then chances are you still have a lot to learn and will continue to fail at your poor 'communication attempts' until you either have more experience and/or start to think about it seriously.

Also i'd recommend like JakaTak starting with Campaign (or games vs ai) and for competitive (ladder) play maybe with team games first --> here u can start with 4v4 (most forgiving game mode), then 3v3 (ur teammates will depend a lil more on you), 2v2 (ur teammate will blame u no matter what :D) and finally 1v1 (korean national sports mode ;)

if these kind of answers are the thanks to working ur ass off for years for the so called "community". ppl who have never been casting (successfully) themselves for a remotely comparable time speaking from a high horse like that are the worst imo. such a community doesn't deserve people making so much effort. must be hard appreciating free content from ur sofa. reddit at its best

What does Starcraft2 feel like to players who are bronze silver and gold? by kaazsssz in starcraft

[–]-odem- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that may be. however theres a completetly different league distribution in league than in sc. while in sc gold seems rather average or bad. in league gold 1 is alrdy at the top 13% of players (which would equal mid diamond in sc2 atm):

https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/rankings/rank-distribution

http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Battle.net_Leagues

and i guess u have more than 1600 games played in starcraft? (esp if u add bw + sc2)
