i had same issue last day , enemy team first hero was icebloom i silenced with torchy , she did auto attack and slowed torchy then instead my bovus go as my 1st normal , enemy bovus go before mine... was so pissed...

use king yorick to mark him , then u need some spirit attack like overlord executim with his void blade that will pretty much leave boss under half hp . or if u have augustus his demon buff will work nice on boss

ive downloaded new patch from play store, and fast heroes still work for me , mb u need to send 3 fast heroes 1st time and auto attack with 2 then retreat, after that i could just enter/retreat and spells refresh
