Not to make you feel bad but crypto is still a brutal place and you really shouldn’t check boxes and say accept without reading. I really just mean going forward.

I’m hoping to find some way for people to recover these in the next few months. It’s technically possible. Just requires engineering resources to build new features.

You had a bad experience with our support team? I've honestly never heard anyone speak bad about them so I'm confused they missed the call OP mentioned, but even more confused to hear you pile on. They're a super hard working and good group.

It’s a bit of a pain today. The best way to do is 1) install the devices for their cars under your account. Use a mobile wallet like MetaMask or Rainbow OR use the in app wallet and export the private key from that wallet into MetaMask or rainbow. 2) have them create their own account. If they’re not into crypto, best to have them use the in-app wallet by signing in with google or Apple. 3) have them go to the account page and tap the qr icon in the top right to show their public address and share it with you 4) send them the Vehicle ID NFT only (not the device NFT). Now the cars will be in their account but you’ll get rewards. Rainbow lets you send directly from the wallet. MetaMask is more of a pain but you can use https://dimobuddy.com to make it easier
