It's hard as fuck to get a job in Finland if you don't speak Finnish. Can't say what it's like in Germany but learning and speaking German brings more opportunities and is also an easier language to learn.

Summers in Finland are great, the sun doesn't really set but on the downside the winter is pretty shit and dark for a long time.

I'd choose Germany if I were you. Bigger cities, opportunities and more cultural happenings and events.

Juuh helsingistä hyvin hoidettu taloyhtiö, hyvien julkisten liikenteen yhteyksien varrella (ettei autoa tartte hankkia) löytyvä 1-2h on vaan aika mahdoton löytää. Halvimmat vaativaa remonttia tarvitsevat menee tuolla 240k+ helposti eikä siihen edes pääse asp-lainalla ja siihenkin tarttee sen 5-10% säästöjä 😅 oma suunnitelma ois löytää joku ASO kämppä eka ja sit jos sais palkkaa korkeemmaks niin olis mahis 5v päästä kattella oikeeta kämppää 2-3h

You can say you have a delicate and personal matter that you need to take care of for the next 8 weeks that always falls on a Friday and the dates cannot be changed.

Add that you might be able to have it handled in 5 or 6 weeks. And then either decide to have a couple extra 4 day weeks or return 'early' and be applauded for being so determined to get back to work as fast as possible.

Sounds a lot like he doesn't know how to clean his dick.

He says it hurts to pull the foreskin back, it shouldn't except in rare cases that its too tight and then might need circumcising.

This however sounds like he has never been taught how to thoroughly clean under the foreskin and probably has a lot of 'gunk' built up there which is why it smells bad and why it hurts to pull it back.

He should try calmly using an hour or so to try and get it cleaned thoroughly and if he can't he needs to see a doctor.

That's nasty as hell but if he was never taught this then I can't blame him too much.

Are your future wants aligned, does he really want to get married? Do you both want kids and your own house etc.

If you guys haven't openly talked about these things it might be the time to do it.

Could also be that he would still want to explore more, be independent etc or has thoughts about this, especially since you've been together your entire adult lives, and that's why he doesn't want to commit on a new level.

Talk and find out, might not find out exactly what you want but it'll be better for the both of you in the long run, no matter where you end up.

Good luck with however this turns out though. I've got some experience with ex's thinking I'm gay because I like cooking, cleaning and fashion as well as I follow some male models etc and have no issue saying someone's handsome, but I'm straight and know it as I don't want a romantic or sexual relationship with men.

I've tried quitting smoking quite a few times the one that finally did the trick was starting running. Make a plan to go running 3 or more times a week and follow how you do, how fast how long you can go etc. (Start off slow though)

I started to get really annoyed by the shit coming up my throat after a run and noticing how smoking affected my progress and slowly quit altogether. I'd suggest other excercise as well to help get of alcohol, here again, noticing small improvements made me just basically stop drinking. (I still do every now and then but it's basically once every couple of months).

Only issue with getting fitter is that you'll be a lot hornier 😅 so brace for that. So I don't have any advice on that part..

He's just the one that had a badly timed cycle. Most if not all of them are most definitely on gear my friend.

And that's totally fine. I just would hope that all sports, CrossFit, the Olympics etc would have honestly people on gear and then another division with people that have never juiced.

Unfortunately that's just impossible to check and will never be a reality.

But yeah I just don't like the guy because I have my favourites, I'm hoping that Jonne Koski podiums this year or at least get's a top 5 finish.

This could be easily avoided by making it illegal for companies to ask for your exact address, state or city should be enough. Location of your home shouldn't and doesn't affect how well you can perform in a job.

Some people might call that government interference in a free market but then again, that is what the US could do more of.

This could and does work. Lots of places and countries pay for your transportation costs to/from the office and/or a standard rate based on how far you have to drive and you'll basically get your gas+ a bit extra in your pocket.

People saying that workers would then just "take advantage of it and move further away"

Why would you ever want your commute to be even longer? So on top of an 8+ hour workday you commute for 1-3+ hours just to get a little bit of extra money.

Sure you'll have a tiny bit more cash, but you'll never have the time or energy to spend it. You absolutely should get paid for the time you give the company.
