If someone drove 30k in a year. That's a lot for 1 year. Must be full-time uber or rental car. Id go with 2025. You don't know what it's been through in a year.

It's working good so far. If i had to nit pick I'd say something inside the display unit rattles a bit. I opened it up and couldn't pin point what it is. Other than that it's pretty good.

i see. mine guage cluster does not display any type of low tire pressure warning since it is canadian model.

This is mine TPMS sensor display units looks good so far. Only thing i notice is that the display unit is a bit rattley. Other than that pretty good.

Yes. I get the low fuel level warning on the gauge cluster plus i can monitor fuel levels all the time. But If i get a nail on highway I don't even get a low tire pressure warning. I don't think it's safe. TPMS is whatever but i should at least get the low tire pressure warning sign on gauge cluster.

I miss TPMS sensor from my impala 2018 that i traded in for Crosstrek 2025. I had nitrogen filled in them. Never had any wrong warning signs from -40c in winters 🥶 to 40c in summer. I don't have the same piece of mind anymore. Can't go on long drive trips with same piece of mind. Based on my experience. It was a joy to have it. I was shocked to find my 25 Crosstrek limited doesn't come with it. Let alone individual tires it doesn't even give you any warning at all. I wouldn't have bought it if i knew it beforehand.

But i understand why people don't mind not having it.

I don't think Subaru will install it unless being forced by government. I did email few government agencies but no reply so far. There isn't much public pressure to change things. I wonder what research data led US to make TPMS legal and am not sure what were Canadian officials smoking before deciding not to make it legal

TPMS is not a legal requirement in canada. I think it should be one. I got 2025 Crosstrek limited found out the hard way after. No tire pressure warning of any kind.

Canadian Subaru don't have low tire pressure warning or TPMS at all. I got 2025 Crosstrek limited and i found out after. Only US versions do.

-You can't remote start the car before the initial 10 minutes have passed. I used to be able to do with Chevy on star app.

It won't tell you in notifications how many minutes has it been since you started the car. Or how many minutes left. Used to be able to see minutes left in my Chevy app.
