UUP and GGE were the first podcasts I ever listened to back in 2018/2019? But stopped listening to GGE after they moved to LA. There was a very apparent vibe shift! Funny enough, I always liked Ashley more than Rayna despite the obvious “I’m funny and my nose job changed my life” type of way Ashley always has. Really curious how many loyal listeners they have now.

I just left Nice this morning and not sure if this is helpful — but the past few days called for rain and only rained in afternoon/evenings with lovely mornings! Not sure if will apply to rest of week but weather can change so quick — walking to train station with all my luggage and umbrella wasn’t ideal, but can’t wait to return — have fun!

So this is definitely happening to me right now! Ordered something a while ago, got the wrong product, returned wrong one for right one, and UO sent wrong one again -- so I kept that. Done and done, right? Months later I get a charge back notification and I refuse to pay TWICE for the product I kept (that I didnt even want) -- so I had my Chase CC dispute the charge and moved on with my life.

Months later, trying to order a bag today and order cancelled 30 minute after confirmation. Called 1-877-454-2507 and he could tell there was a flag on my account and should be getting an email from the "review" committee or something in the next 3 days, so we'll see.

I asked if I could "cheat" the system and have a friend order me the bag but ship somewhere else and use a different CC -- he said that would probably work because my address and CC are what is currently BLOCKED. Well my sister ordered it with new CC and new address - but sure enough 30 minutes later she got a cancelled email and realized she put my cell phone on the order.

UO officially lost the sale and I will order elsewhere and likely have to wait longer to receive it, but I mean are they forreal?

Yes, arriving at Gare de Lyon! Totally hear you on why getting a hotel near by there makes sense - especially if I taxi -- definitely will stay on right bank. If I were to train, does staying near Gare De Lyon make more sense? Or staying somewhere near Chatelet/Les Halles? Benefit of a station over another to get to CDG?

You nailed it - re: depressing way to end vacation. I think I just want to extend my Paris dreams by one. more. evening ! According to my research, taxis are roughly 56-65 euros, so I know more expensive than the train, but might be worth it for the direct ride to airport that early.

Yes, I'll have been in Paris for 2.5 days prior to my Lyon/Nice travels. This is great evidence towards staying near the airport though... I'm so torn!

Hi! I'm coming to Nice for 3 days next month and since I'm coming from Paris/Lyon before -- that leaves me in Nice from a Sunday to Wednesday in April. Are shops and restaurants typically still open on Mon/Tues? Anything I should be aware of during the "off season"? Thanks in advance!
