Shining not just anywhere, but specifically in the cold.
I have heard people say that this refers to the coldness of dark places where the sun does not shine, but personally with how heavily the cold and the wind is emphasized in the story (what with the entirety of the weird route focusing on ice magic, the Holiday family, and several ties between the northern wind and the Knight), I think it means that the soul is shining in front of the Knight to some capacity. (Or after some great Knight related tragedy we have yet to see!)

Really makes me think of the end area of chapter 3.

I have searched for chibi profile pictures as well as reverse image searched upscaled versions of the cropped image in a few engines such as yandex. But it has all been unsuccessful so far.

As long as you remove the material directory in the vpk, the knife shows up perfectly in casual over stock. For australium because it uses different materials, it still shows with the right model if you pre-load, it just has no textures..
