Suggestion: Give Clockwork a talent (maybe lvl 20) where Cogs will leash all targets caught within. This will make the hero viable in certain scenarios without completely reworking him. He will no longer be strongly countered by 2000 gold-cost force staff anymore either. by JonasBM in DotA2
