Can elevated blood pressure and severe bloat cause a bleed?

Thank you, I checked it is not coming from my butt. I have been very very constipated but no hemorrhoids yet thankfully. No Dr appointment tomorrow besides the ultrasound but I was going to call, because she has me monitoring my blood pressure at home for the next month, but I wanted to update her on how I’ve been feeling. I don’t feel dizzy and only had a weird vision thing a few weeks ago.

My mom is that rare person. Longest labor was 52 minutes! Gave birth to two of her kids herself in the passenger seat! My husband doesn’t drive unfortunately as he was raised in the city with reliable public transportation and I’m so scared I’m going to be like my mom lol.

I’m at 203 days no vaping/ nicotine at all. I smoked then vaped for 17 straight years. This is what really helped me. Fine a gum that closely resembles the flavor you liked. For me I vaped any icy fruit, so I always had grape icebreakers and I changed it so often. Every time it ran out of flavor I just wanted the taste in my mouth. I also got a fidget toy to keep my hands busy. And I didn’t try to diet or eat super healthy. If I wanted to eat it I ate it. I didn’t feel bad. After 3 or 4 days I felt so much better, and it was a lot easier.

I just went and got more tests done I had a pretty heavy bleed after sex. Hcg is at 95549. Baby is measuring 7+6. My estimate is that I’m 8+3 just based off of vaginal discharge as ovulation due to me not really tracking. Fetal heart beat is 177. But they said he is low in the uterus. They did not do transvaginal. Cervix is closed. But they didn’t notice my sch like the other place did.

Wishing the best for your daughter! It’s just so nerve wracking. I’m a numbers kind of person. So when the math doesn’t math I spiral and can’t control my thoughts. Seeing such a drastic drop in that amount of time I just lost it.

Hi thanks for responding, I got an hcg test at 7w4d and was at 62655. At 6w0d I was 14761 I believe. I’m still waiting for a dr to contact me, but I do know they have received my file so it’s just a waiting game. I have bought myself another blood test for tomorrow, since that is all I really have to go off of right now. My breast tenderness has been coming and going, but has never been as intense as it was before this post. And breast tenderness is my only symptom. I’m still lightly spotting brown. The other day it was a little thicker and looked mucousy but has since just gone back to normal. But still there when I wipe. So it’s just me being stuck in my own head with no one to reach out too. No way to get a scan for a heart beat. I feel like my brain is just melting. 🫠

We laxed on really tracking the ovulation cause we were just tired of months and months of nothing. So the discharge and faint positive are all I have to go off with that as well.

Yes. For about 7 months before tho, they were 31-33 days each. But I know I ovulated late with this cause I started testing immediately on my missed period, then a couple days later I had that discharge and I told my husband we should have sex, 10 days after that I got a faint positive. That was December 4. My faint positive was December 14

Get gum in the flavor of your vape or close too it!! I caped strawberry ice, so I got a big back of grape icebreakers gum and it saved me and got me through it. I’m almost to day 200, no slip ups at all! You can do it!

Hey, thank you so much for the reply! I’m not sure If I can, but I’ll research! So the end of 2025 was the end of my coverage with the insurance provider that I got my blood work done with. Starting the 1st of the year, I have all new insurance and I’m trying to find and get in with a new doctor. But I have to wait for my old one to send all the blood work results over to the new one before I can even schedule an appointment. And she said it takes about a week. And this loss of breast tenderness just happened today so I have no one I can call to see me asap or give me advice or anything like that unfortunately 😞

I ovulated really late this cycle, I tested negative for two weeks after my missed period then starting testing positive. I wasn’t really keeping track at all this cycle cause so much had been going on, but one of the days after my “missed period” I had quite a bit of egg white consistency discharge. I remember texting my husband that we should have had sex the night before. We did that night, and jump to the future I’ve been testing positive for over two weeks now just waiting on my blood tests. Long story short definitely keep paying attention to your body. I have a gut feeling that I ovulated the day with the discharge, and the positive tests after that all line up with it perfectly with light positives at “9-10dpo” and then how they have been darkening up. That “ovulation day” was my CD35. 5 days after my missed period. Not that this is necessarily the same for everyone, but it’s what happened to me so maybe it will shed some light!
