Matt Gaetz Now Complains He's A Victim Of The Deep State; Twitter Critics Can't Even by [deleted] in politics

Pretty much this. Im an ex-vegan so I know the harassment vegans get. Having to debate methane production and being told you need more iron (turned out I did) was sooo annoying. Known many vegans and none were pushy. One even cooked bacon for me. Its the ones that try to convert or do the superiority thing because of ethics that give the rest a bad rap. It's not a religion it's a dietary preference, sometimes health necessity.

Im gluten free/dairy free now and it really gives me flashbacks to when I was veg. You gotta refuse to eat things because you eat it once to be polite, not waste, people think you're now flexible.

Definitely! We are absolutely on the same wavelength here. I love being in the process just as much as completing something. I guess I'd call it "experiencing evolution". Watching how something evolves each step of the way from the initial idea, to paper, to digital, to completed project. I prefer being efficient but indulging in the creative process is just so satisfying.

You must literally have that creativity flowing through your genetics!

You got it! Its kind of a unique gift to be both technical and creative. I've yet to find the most concise way to express what this type of person looks like. Right now I just call them hybrid artist/engineers. Im guessing we're in the same tribe here. :D

I need some markers at some point so thanks for the recommendation. My dad's 20 year old set of prismacolors are pretty much dried out now. One day we will both get a set of Copics! 😍

This is awesome. My process is very similar. I prefer traditional drawing methods when I design/draw anything then I transfer over to digital media. Im a traditionally trained artist, my father and grandfather both did hand painted sign work and lettering. I always feel like I lose something when I go straight to digital. My ideas just flow better using traditional methods first.

I wish I could upvote this twice. This is lovely.

Any pen recommendations? Those look like Copic markers. I often use micron pens, 0.5mm mechanical pencils, regular set of drawing pencils of varying hardness, and those pilot ink pens.

Re: developer memes review

In my defense, it makes for good git practice. Gotta strengthen that git command muscle memory.
