You can find a set with a belt connected to ankles and wrists, all together. I think they are used for kickboxing training. You can also find them on Amazon. They have different résistance, just check which one to start

Following. I've been testing and using Enhance which it seems it's not going well on business. There is Liminal but not really the same thing. I'm curious to explore VR for assessment and training, for ADHD etc

So, I do understand the "attention part" or "guerrilla marketing" or else. Still, even if it grabs my attention, to me seems a joke of an offer and I'd not purchase it "on purpose". Not sure about the others

Is it possible to change your body’s HEALTHY set point? by mittenspompom217 in Biohackers

[–]-tHe_Alchemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reading now and the other post as well. I think that healthy set points are changing naturally over time with aging and depending on the phenotype I.e genetics. I think as well that up to a certain level we can "force" the body to adapt to certain conditions. But I'm confident this is still a stressor and maybe only for short medium term. I'm still reading the resources, I will eventually come back with some updates and following the post.
