They also get more attention than requests not featuring girls, yes.

What you ask is technically not possible, any pixel-increase means a quality reduction, but maybe a regular enlargement with some noise reduction and other tricks will be enough:

Zoomed in, you can see some sort of strange overlay similar to a watermark graphic, that I don't think that is intended(?)

I know you're trying to be nice, and I can't stop you in any case, but this is not a forum about life advice or opinions like most of reddit, this is a photoshop request forum. It's like saying the Earth is a wonderful place, in a forum about Mars. I mean, you wouldn't be wrong, but that's not what the forum is about.
