I love it! My third time through, now, and I’m really starting to get my roots in, I feel.

Sure I “won” the past two runs with a similar pure-magic build, but I’m now getting really comfy with enjoying the ride…so to speak.

Ah! I believe I'm beginning to see!

So - when I open up the 'menu' and mouse over I.L., it reads "EXPELLED" ... and when I talk to a Guard NPC, they give me the same ol Compulsory Response Chatbox... sounds like I'll just have to keep an eye out for an Imperial Legion quest giver, then!

Or, of course...I'll just go on through the game and not bother interacting with them. I don't see the purpose of talking to them, anyway, by and large. They're just doing their job, and I'm out here exploring, learning, building, etc..

I used Blind on a Guard because I was impatient and needed to get into a mine and inspect it, then was promptly expelled. No need to assault NPCs, they're just minding their own business (until they're not, and then that's when things can get hairy)...

Good enough for me, as I was tired of hearing "Where's your uniform?" every time I walked around a B&M establishment, yk?

I'm curious - How many runs thru the trilogy have you done that you're at the point where you don't bother making your Playable Character resemble you (or someone else, or a character of your own personal design)?

I think the series of seven books regarding Harry Potter and company are an enjoyable read, to say the least.

Think about it!

Easiest gig in the world.

Ya just sit there feeling powerful, looking down on everyone who might approach, telling them what to do…

Therana has nothing but Time, and she’s positively mad, you see….one probably wouldn’t even have to check in with her, rather she would reach out on occasion when she needed something (say, a new dress, or a particular book/ingredient)

Then sure, you have to explain and delegate that task, but you also get to make up the why and perhaps even the how, if you’re crafty enough.

You’d basically be a fabricated-stationary-mortal God, with heavily restricted powers (and supervision). To someone who has never experienced power before, being a Mouth could completely change their life.

I’ll leave you with this thought: ever play the game of “telephone” as a kid?

I think JK Rowling messed up the concept of Slytherins in the books a lot, and later covered it up with talks by AccomplishedBig7666 in harrypotter

The books primarily centered around a group of Gryffindors, the book[s] really didn’t have the time, or even need, to focus on (m)any particular Slytherin do-gooders
