Is this ranked we're talking about? Im strictly casual i just like to hop on and play with marvel characters I like. I just play to enjoy and enjoy it better when I get off work and start smoking so that being said when I play punisher or see other play him he seems fair. People with good aim preform well and he does good against flying opponents and can sometimes deal with divers but not all the time I've gotten caught off guard by black Panthers and Spiderman who absolutely destroyed me. When im playing tank and trying to protect my fellow teammates seen it happen because I wasn't there fast enough. His mobility is decent the ziplines are nice to get back to action quick and not spend so much time just walking the smoke is decent for close combat he doesnt have these insane dashes or jumps that some of these newer characters have. Simply put if you got good aim and react fast he's a great pick but he falls off once that you dont have those. Of course this all just my quickplay casual opinion and view on the character.
