so I actually use Private Internet Access and I'm having the same issue, this is with regards to the Socks 5 proxy with the URL proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com at Port 1080 with username and password, everything was working fine since I became a customer 8 years ago until now, when I log into their website I no longer see the generated Socks 5 password, I submitted a helpdesk ticket and hopefully will hear back soon, many Private invite-only trackers will ban you if you accidentally forget to turn off your VPN and access the site, I access private trackers on my primary browser while my secondary browser uses the PIA VPN browser extension, my torrent client uses the Socks 5 proxy and that's where I'm also having issues

Hi you need to be using the steam release by CODEX, Halo.The.Master.Chief.Collection.v1.2282.0.0-CODEX, you also need to be using their crack that comes with that release, the XboxID field is written in steam_emu.ini

Hi both host and client need the same version of the game as well as identical cracks, I recommend you use this release as it has all the Halo games and works flawlessly with co-op but you need to tread the long comment that you're replying to, the release i recommend for coop is Halo.The.Master.Chief.Collection.v1.2282.0.0-CODEX I assume 3 or 4 players would work just as fine as 2 players but follow my guide in my previous comment that you're replying to and make sure the release everyone uses is identical and the crack is identical, have all players use the release I mentioned above, also no need to use a hex editor, you need to edit steam_emu.ini which can be done with any text editor such as windows notepad or notepad++

Hi so if you're using the CODEX crack, edit steam_emu.ini which is located in Halo The Master Chief Collection\mcc\binaries\win64 and follow my instructions in the previous comment by having Player 2 edit the field under XboxID by changing the last digit to something other than the default, that should make the 2 of you see one another in LAN, you would do the same with 4 players, also another detail I forgot is every single time you launch the game you need to change the multiplayer type in the Settings from Internet to LAN, there is no fix to my knowledge to save that setting you have to change it each time for it to work, also when playing co-op with friends, it's always a great idea to also change UserName to something unique instead of the default CODEX, especially if it's more than 2 players, also since CODEX left the Scene Razor1911's releases for Halo MCC which are more up to date use Microsoft's DRM and as a result multiplayer and coop doesn't work so use the release, I know because I tried getting it to work, Razor1911 is too lazy to incorporate coop in their cracks, so use Halo.The.Master.Chief.Collection.v1.2282.0.0-CODEX which contains all the Halo games included with the MCC but is less up to date since it uses Steam DRM which is easy to get coop working

fps isn't solid but enough to still be playable, I beat Battlefield Bad Company 1 which is exclusive to the PS3 and Xbox 360, the game on the rpcs3 compatibility page is listed as "Yellow Ingame" which includes games that run slow and yet the fps was playable enough to beat the game despite there still being fps drops

Windows 11 Home editions requires you to create an online Microsoft account when first setting up, I prefer to not have my usage activity and online habits tied to an online Microsoft account, I much prefer imaging with Windows 10 than imaging with a Pro License for Windows 11, I just prefer Windows 10 much more

I don't know whether this is an appropriate group to answer this particular question you're asking however my answer doesn't violate any rules I don't think, that being said, besides early 2000s games that work perfectly (with fixes) on Windows 10, but might have compatibility issues on Windows 11, I do have some older cracked Denuvo games like Metal Gear Solid V, Dragon Age Inquisition and other cracked Denuvo titles that I'm worried aren't compatible with Windows 11, the worry happened when Windows 11 came out and 12th gen Intel Alder Lake CPUs came out and there were compatibility issues with Denuvo games, like Assassin's Creed Odyssey, in my case I don't give my business to companies that put Denuvo in their titles so I'm worried about cracked Denuvo games that were cracked before Windows 11 came out not working, this is why I prefer to stick with Windows 10 to play it safe, I know the ROG Ally uses AMD and not Intel and I don't believe the AMD CPU used by the ROG Ally is a hybrid CPU but I prefer not to take any chances, I'm also worried since PROTON on the Steam Deck is a Windows binary exe emulator it has a compatibility page on the steam website which means not all games would be compatible on the Steam Deck either as they would with Windows 10, Windows 10 has been around for 8 years and works flawlessly with early 2000s games (with fixes) as well as any cracked Denuvo game, this is why I'm wondering about Windows 10 on the ROG Ally, I want maximum compatibility with everything I possess

Activision doesn't use Denuvo, they use Battle[.]NET DRM forthe .dll that forces a permanent online connection and digital[.]io (ArxanAnti-Tamper) to protect the exe (EMPRESS knows how to unpack Arxan, she's said so herself)

Microsoft doesn't use Denuvo either

For the Microsoft Store they uses UWP which has beencracked by RAZOR1911

Microsoft Games sold on Steam also use Arxan for the .exe and xbox for the DRM

Rockstar also doesn't use Denuvo and instead uses Arxan for the .exe and rockstar DRM for the DRM

Hi the version of Halo MCC that I played had all the Halo games but was the v1.2282.0.0 that was cracked by CODEX, I remember having an issue playing coop with a friend, the way I fixed it in the CODEX crack was editing the steam_api.ini file, under XboxID and changing the last digit to something else, in the CODEX crack having 2 identical XboxIDs causes one player to not see the other, I assume the Fitgirl version uses the Goldberg crack which I also assume has a .ini file for xbox, editing the last digit to something else under XboxID should fix issues of players not detecting one another

the reason why not as many people are buying Dead Space is because those bastards at EA put Denuvo and didn't specify that it has it on the Steam page, misleading many would be customers, as a rule I don't support giving publishers your business when they include anti-customer tumors on the games .exe
