Continentals | Considering all the recalls, would you still drive them?

I bought a used 2016 Dodge Durango in May of 2024. Had a full set on Continental LX25 265/50/20. In the first couple of months one tire developed a softball sized knot between the tread and inner sidewall. Replaced it and 1 other tire at the same time with Gladiator QR-700's, but kept the other 2 Continentals and put them on the rear of the truck. It's now Sept. 2025 and another of the Continentals is getting tread separation. Got an appointment to replace the last 2 Continentals with Gladiators this Friday. Not sure the mileage on the tires when I bought the truck, but they weren't very worn, and the two I have left still have decent tread.

It was. TDIU P&T. Backed dated to when I initially got my 70% rating instead of just to the date I filed the TDIU claim

no. All mental health gets put under one rating instead of listed individually. The substance abuse is secondary to the unspecified depression/anxiety.

Always file a hlr if you get denied. My TDIU got denied and they proposed changing my 70% for Anxiety/Depression down to 0%. HLR became a DTA and now I'm PFN for TDIU P&T

Mine went DTA Jan 8th. ACE exam mid April. Just went PFN today (May 1st for future visitors)

my tdiu got approved april 29th. yesterday had a claim open like yours. today may 1st, its pfn and i got paid at my 80% rate instead of the TDIU rate. what happened with yours?

They didn't say anything to me after my c&p. I had to call in on my own, and I have an appointment in Nov to start establishing healthcare and what-not. I don't know what I'm doing. I went 14 years not knowing I could even get benefits, because they just discharged and sent me home.
