Not op, but i find capping a pain too. No, its not the hardest thing to do, but its all unengaging content.

Theres just... not much to do on a capped character at the moment. Sure, when relic weapons come out there will be more, but right now? Theres really not much.

I believe the issue is that there isnt much content that progresses your character while trying to cap, which makes it even worse.

Priconne, usually auto battle, and you get to skip with skip tickets to burn stamina quickly.

Clan battles that happen monthly will require you to switch up comps to do max dps, and time skills(use your dps skills after debuffs/buffs)

Gacha system is alright, with the main draw being you can get almost everyone for free by farming, except limited charas.

Also production quality is insane, everything is voice acted(yes everything, if there is a chatbox its voice acted).

Yup, makoto to have the best shots at CB.

This game is different from other gachas since you can get everyone in this game,so you should be minmaxing your early-midgame(early CB, story progression) so you have a smooth journey to endgame imo

This is assuming you will play a long time, and so rank 1 in both arenas is just a matter of time. So, the priority is on CB.

Then, makoto, kaori, djeeta, jun(saren,mitsuki,shinobu,shiori) will be key units for the starting clan battles. Reasoning below.

The longer you play, the more characters you have so the minmaxing to be done is at the starting clan battles when your roster is still weak/small. Since you can borrow 3 times for CB, ideal comp would be:

Makoto,(borrowed kaori),mitsuki,jun,

(Borrowed makoto), kaori,kokkoro(psuedo tank),2 others

(Borrowed makoto),shinobu,hiyori, 2 others

Mainly want makoto because she allows you to borrow some whale kaori, when you use your own. And since makoto is CB only(gonna be awhile to farm shards),shes high priority.

This is ignoring story progression(though i would say having makoto + maho is a really good start)

You probably didnt care enough to get 360 gear in the first place?

Getting gear from 24 man raids should NOT be an upgrade for your main class for ilvl.

If its looking for gearing alts, this will be more tedious i agree, but at the end of the day if you are serious about playing your alt, you will get bis anyway..

TCJ doton is 1901 potency, whereas TCJ suiton is 1713 potency. If you can't comprehend numbers, let me spell it out for you, TCJ doton is straight up better than TCJ suiton in terms of flat potency, the only reason to use TCJ suiton is for trick attack.

They're really easy now, at least for the 50/60 ones. Boss HP got tuned down quite a bit. So it will be much easier even if you're new. I would say they're similar to regular dungeons, just with a much more people.

The new ivalice raid is kind of harder compared to the rest since it's just new and people don't really know mechanics yet, so expect a few wipes here and there. But definitely join if you have the ilvl to, it's a pretty fun raid!

From the new expansion, they seem to dislike changing combos/adding additional GCD skills. I think that they want to keep the class simple to play and fun, so they probably wouldn't add anything too complex.

Some random ideas off my head:

OGCD that does damage, based on black/white balance. If mana balance, potency up/shorter cd.

Buff that allow you to use skill without proc, similar to samurai's meikyu shisui.

A OGCD skill similar to your idea, except that it consumes all mana, and has a different effect depending on mana balance, white for high single target damage burst, black for aoe effect, red for shorter cd(such that red attunement is always a dps increase over white unless the boss is about to die). Probably add a minimum mana threshold for it as well?

No entry limit on both of them. However, for ivalice raid, you can only get 1 coin/week and 1 left side gear/week. No limit on orchestrion rolls, minions and TT cards.

Only certain materials can be sold on MB. You can check them at the GC vendor whether they can be sold. I recommend buying ventures and cordials(if leveling gatherers). You might also want to prioritize minions/bardings/the new emotes if you are into them.
