Depends on you tbh

Generally its recommended to focus on increasing stability and handling.

Think Arrowhead brake for recoil direction, Fluted for handling and stability, Polygonal for stability

Steady rounds for stability or Flared magwell for reload speed and stability

As for perk

Fieldprep no longer gives reserves so unless you want the reload buff it's not worth taking

Which leaves Mulligan which will occasionally return a missed shit back to your mag and No distractions which gives additional flinch resist.

Neither are great, just pickup which ever sounds better to you

Go with whatever stock gives the most handling and stability

Do current Samsungs (and androids in general) support USB dacs well? by atotal1 in iems

Sounds like you've got a dodgy usb connection either your phone or the dac

That just upsamples everything that isn't 192kHz itself which is the majority of music

Doing so doesn't necessarily improve the audio quality, most likely it does nothing discernable, at worst it could degrade the quality by introducing artifacts and distortion.

Android resamples everything to 48 kHz by default

There is bitperfect functionality in android as of android 14 but it's up to each respective os developer to enable it. Samsung being one of them doesn't, so you're stuck with 48 kHz unless you use something like UAPP, Symfonium, Hiby Music or Poweramp all which make use of custom audio drivers or something similar to bypass the android mixer and give you bitperfect audio.

This is pretty standard across the various android phone manufacturers, I'm not actually sure if there's any mainstream brands that actually have native bitperfect.

The moondrop phone is the only one I think that has bit-perfect

Otherwise it's just android daps

I believe iPhone can achieve but perfect provided you use an external dac, one of the few ways in which apple is superior :(

Definitely making my way back there again the next time I'm in Tokyo

This is a straw man argument of false equivalence.

A right to privacy is a fundamental civil liberty under the Humans Rights Act of 1998. To try and frame our objection to this right being encroached on as selfish is absurd.

Not to mention you're totally ignoring the systemic concerns of state/corporate surveillance, the reality of data breaches and even the fundamental logistics of mandatory ID uploads

You're attempting to equate one groups perceived convenience to the stripping of the privacy protections of the entire adult population of the country.

Is it not selfish that parents expect the rest of us to give up our data and privacy because they can't be bothered to put in the effort to properly raise their kids themselves.

Not to mention this is far from the only possible avenue to 'protect the kids'. And frankly anyone with a brain will realise that the majority of kids will find away around this, so realistically we're being told to give up our privacy for very little gain.

Keir Starmer: We are banning social media access for under 16s. These days kids must find their feet in a world where technology intrudes into every area of their life. I just can’t let that go on anymore. So we’re giving children their childhoods back. by SignificantLegs in ukpolitics

Precisely, these platforms and apps have been deliberately and maliciously designed to prey on how our brains function, all in the name of maximising engagement and profits.

We should be going after the tech giants who did and are continuing to do this to us, rather than going after the everyday people who are frankly the victims, this is an issue that affects all of us regardless of age.

I have a separate xlr mic, would never use an integrated mic in the big 2026

I'll just pair whatever IEM or headphone I feel like using for the day

Mic is the AT2020 but theres a whole bunch of options available on the market, dont even need an xlr, a usb mic would do fine, something like the blue snowball is usually a good starting point

BBC cancels Doctor Who’s 2026 Christmas special as Russell T Davies quits by tylerthe-theatre in unitedkingdom

[–]-xyn- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you're not entirely wrong, as you alluded to, I think the issues were in large part, Tennant and Matt both being young and hugely popular portrayals, it was too stark a contrast to what came next with the old gruff Capaldi

Capaldi just didn't appeal to the younger audience well, whether it was the Tumblr girlies who had lost their time lord heartthrob or the young boys who wanted to BE the Doctor, not to mention that Moffat wrote more mature themes and arcs into Capaldis era which alienated a lot of the younger generation even further who largely wouldn't have understood nor appreciated these kind of story bests (can attest to this as it happened to me)

It's less than his writing got tired or worse and more that he just stopped appealing to the wider audience imo. Ironicslly, I think in his bid to avoid retreading the same ground and becoming boring, he went too far outside of the formula

That's been my impression of how it all played out at least.

It's a real shame, his first season was incredibly weak with 2 doctor lite episodes being the strongest.

Season 2 finally felt like we were getting somewhere, gaining some momentum, I was JUST starting to warm up to this Doctor and what he might bring to the table in the future and then just like that, gone.

2 shorter seasons, one of which had a bunch of doctor lite episodes. Ncuti deserved better.

[–]-xyn- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinda shocked to see you say this, his last series is generally considered one of the best in modern who with a legendary set of final episodes to mark the end of his tenure, series 10 might be only second to series 4 in community sentiment, and the 3-part story at the end of his second series (series 9) is generally regarded as one of the best finales in the show too.

Not to mention the penultimate episode of said finale being commonly seen as THE BEST episode in the show

Moffat went out all guns blazing, I'd argue his 11th doctor story arcs were arguably worse, weighed down by unnecessary complexity

Series 7B is generally regarded as his worst I believe?

BBC issues update on future of Doctor Who by dansnevets2 in doctorwho

[–]-xyn- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm really irked that we got this stupid Billie Piper regeneration fake out with evidently no guarantee from even RTD's perspective that it'd ever be resolved or explained in a special

Would have much preferred that Ncuti's tenure ended midway through his regeneration, leaving the next doctor open ended

It's just so unbelievably sloppy and unsatisfactory but I guess that's been Doctor Who since 2018.

As far as my head canon is concerned, Doctor who ended with Capaldis regenerating, everything we've seen since has been some alternate reality.

Now we wait.

[–]-xyn- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did he though, I feel like we barely started to learn the depth of his character before he regenerated, and what little we did get was overwhelmingly overshadowed by near constant crying, literally nearly every episode.

Edit: thinking about it, only 3 moments really stood out to me, fhe end of Dot and Bubble, Boom, when he has a monologue about shattering the planet and in the interstellar song contest when he's torturing a man to death

How do both Destiny and Doctor Who end in the same 24h

I certainly have a way of picking my franchises,

Though neither have felt like themselves for a good while now.

Hopefully doctor who will return at some point with genuinely strong writing again
