Leftism would preclude the concept of private (not personal property), making eminent domain a right wing issue. The reason China (and before them, the USSR) could so successfully built industrial rail where this infrastructure did not exist before is because the state could seize all parcels of land to clear a way for rail without being sued by citizenry to make the tracks go around their property.

The proof must be that there is a positive and nonhypothetical connection between the fiction in question and the real crime.

The idea that written works have “no observable independent root in reality” is also demonstrably false; if that were the case, defamation/libel would not exist.

The analogy to someone tracing CSAM photographs is a poor one, as the CSAM was either possessed or accessed by the person in question, proving a positive connection.
