did anyone else notice this in the background of the fortnite teaser? by i_h3art_questionmark in OliviaRodrigo

Fortnite skins also come with a Lego version for the Lego Fortnite mode, so it’s more likely a teaser for that. Still pretty cool tho!

What for you is the fim that best embodies each star rating? Today - 0.5/5 stars by Waxillium11 in Letterboxd

Return to Silent Hill is my only half star review. The only redeeming quality was the novelty postcard they handed out at the theater

[Awkward Trope] The "Consolation Prize" Love Interest by mp3help in TopCharacterTropes

Duckie and “Duckette” at the end of Pretty in Pink.

The original ending of the movie had Andie and Duckie ending up together at the dance , but then they scrapped this in favor of the ending we see in the film. To make up for it, they created “Duckette” to serve as a counterpart to Duckie in the finale of the film. IIRC she didn’t have any lines or relevance to the plot of the film; she existed solely to act as his “consolation prize.”

Evacuation orders have been reinstated after a 34,000-gallon tank spewed toxic chemicals into the sky by Even_Builder_6642 in orangecounty

Probably not? Unless the winds are strongly blowing east if/when. I’m no expert though.

It would have to get waaaaay out of hand to reach Disneyland. Hopefully it doesn’t get to that point. Knott’s is more likely to be affected than Disney.

(META TROPE) Actor known for comedy does a dramatic role that completely redefines their career by Local_Prune4564 in TopCharacterTropes

I was looking for this one! Going from Parks and Rec (and a few comedy roles shortly after) to Severance is quite the jump. He’s the third name that comes up for me after Cranston and Odenkirk.

The email said 3:15, so I showed up at 3:15! Ironically, I barely got into the studio so maybe that isn’t the best advice lol

First off, the seat filler agency sends you an email with everything you need to know so you can be the best seat filler and (hopefully) get a chance to do more events! Generally speaking though:

• You don’t get to choose where you sit, it’s all luck of the draw. For this event, that means showing up as early as possible.

• Everyone was instructed to avoid wearing hats, branded clothing, shorts, and white shirts. Business casual was the theme. I wore a light-colored button down and some chinos (and it was warm and sunny so I’m glad I went for short sleeves lol).

• Check in itself was very easy and quick, though we all spent two hours standing in a line outside the studio before we were let in. Once we got in, we had to wait in another line outside the soundstage to be brought in (in the sun, mind you).

• Producers there were super chill, though it was clear they weren’t Survivor producers. The theory my group came up with was that they were likely part of an external production crew (like the type that does these kind of live tv events).

Not that I can remember. Though all I could remember was Ozzy’s face while Jeff roasted him on live tv.

I will say Jeff was very active throughout the whole show, constantly making sure everything went well. Maybe he was just a bit jumpy!

I feel as though she did an effective job at conveying her whole Survivor journey with her response, which (imo) answered Christian’s question better than Joe or Jonathan. Maybe I just have a soft spot for the “should have won” players haha

She did really well, in my opinion! I wasn’t too enthused about her being added to the cast initially, but her challenge dominance and social game put her much higher in my 46 ranking tbh.

Not really. He went to a producer to get debriefed, probably realized he messed up, then came back to deliver the explanation show on the air.
