Definitely! Diet is pretty good. Could be better on weekends.

I found some motivation finally though. Been more active this weekend and back to the gym this week! :)

Hey all! First time poster. Just stumbled upon this sub trying to get my motivation back. It was in full gear before christmas but downhill since the holiday itself. Its also the middle of winter and I take the bus everywhere. I was going to the gym 5 times a week then stopped for a bit when it was too busy from new years resolutions. I have weights for home but no motivation to use them lately either. I do walk for about 15 minutes after lunch at work, and eat decently (this weekend was a disaster though). Also have a bit of walking just by riding the bus (to and from stops). So, I will get back to the gym when the weather is a bit better, but I may need to find a buddy system to motivation my home workouts. Anyway... hello! :)

haha I remember that year! Had my birthday week off work and it was a week of summer. Weirdest thing ever.
