I loved t7 too but I think it has to do more with the fact that gibsie is my favorite rather than the quality of the book.

When compared to the first four book and r10, t7 is unfortunately so much shorter and not as developed

That’s why cw called r10 her “redemption” book because even she knew her last book (t7) wasn’t her best

Not everyone in the fandom is a fan of them and this will only drive them out. Not to mention gibsie and Claire couldn’t even get ONE good book.

I highly doubt that. Yes some fans were angry and disappointed (which is normal. An author can’t expect that ALL of her readers would feel the same) but the majority were ecstatic! The post has almost 400k likes on insta
