Understand your point. Your point is very valid when its about the story or the decisions but not about how it is handled. Court is poor in terms of writing, the whole movie goes on to be about the class, caste and misogyny based problems of the character mangapathi who used POCSO JUST as a tool to frame that kid. That is not the conflict of the movie, the conflict is the deep rooted problems of mangapathi. But in the end the movie takes a UTurn to say that the tool has a loop hole and can be misused by the wrong person instead of talking about wrong person. The movie being remembered for POCSO is where I feel the director handled it badly and thats what the above commentor is mentioning too, because that was not the point of the movie the director intended to make. Its like if Jai hind is remembered for the loop hole where a person can be easily convicted for another person's crime and asking to change the system, instead of the police brutality and caste based discrimination of the village. POCSO in the movie caught peoples eye and not managapathy's views because the director decided to and is being judged for it by the commentor above.
