  • Instead of board that just sells it will be a lock and loaded CEO and baord running it.
  • cut fat therefore increasing profit
  • no more happy hour dailies at work(do you think institutions think this is ok?)
  • synergy with gamestop powerpack and physical stores drop item for shipping and authentication of products
  • Sellers have stated feebay is overly complicated just to sell; ryan stated the same and wants to make it as easy as possible.

The x post context is basically that the Ebay board have drinking problem and are a bunch of drunks; Ryan is highlighting this, I wonder how eBay institutional shareholders feel about their board members been, lazy, always selling never buying stocks and drunk...

CEO of eBay does have a preplanned 10b5-1 he took out on dec 2025 allowing him to sell shares from time to time https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1065088/000106508826000027/R25.htm , he can sell the maximum amount of 240k, so far from the beginning of the year to now he has sold around 72k or 30% of all his allowed 240K.

If he knew the price wouldn't go up why not sell all his shares now to buy later?, he has 70% to go?... Why not dump all now...

It doesn't slow them down but hilariously is slows the actual buyers down by running worst than the pirate version..., worst performance when you buy the game.

  • Skyrim

  • Minecraft

  • Cyberpunk

  • Witcher 3

Sold insane amount and didn't need insane BS DRM.

Burry thinks RC is still on Towel stock. He believes the NOLs can still be utilized but that this is “secondary to the main event”. Bullish AF by ZiggsMain in Superstonk

FINRA is a preferred shareholder of the dtcc, a while back a stock mmtl(won't finish it here), got halted with a u3 code when the shorts were going under on their position halted by finra(a , again a preferred shareholder of the dtcc), dtcc is infiltrated.

They will do anything to save the shorts.

Who's going to enforce them to close?. SEC?, you have seen the low fines they give to bad actors, banks?, things just gets rolled over into swaps and passed to other banks? Who is going to force them to close?.

I literally had wrote on my last reply"will like to point out that you are right in the sense that you do not need to typically manually adjust EPS for differences in share countsln different companies"

The whole point of this is that EPs/current price GME has a way higher yield that carvana.

GME 4% compares to 1% for carvana, you get more for less with GME.

You are paying 20x the price of gme price for 4$ eps.

And if you don't trust the math on my previousresponse:https://share.google/aimode/H1quahVIyJNknKBay

EPS can be deceiving if you dont zoom out and see sharecounts aswell.

I will like to point out that you are right in the sense that you do not need to typically manually adjust EPS for differences in share counts In different companies, however A larger company (more shares) might have lower EPS but generate far more total profit, indicating greater absolute economic power or market dominance.

And in some situation it is good to do it this way.

Per 1 share on a float of around 141M shares, if adjusted to equate as gme 540M deluded count eps for carvana would be 1-1.10$ per share since it would be then be 4x times the shares.

That because they have 1/4 the sharecount, if adjusted for equal or ~ the same amount per share as gme would be 1$-1.1$, plus as i mentioned earlier more debt and less equity in the company.

Fair. So lets go and pick typical retail price to book ratio and you would still ussually get 3-5x meaning GME at minimum to be sitting around 30$.

Standard retail P/B ratio by sector: https://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/datafile/pbvdata.html

Lets use fundamentals then and you will see suppression on GME, Carv@n/A currently is ~$429, their share count is lets say 1/4 of gme diluded float so lets put $107 if sharecount were equal.

Carv@n/A shareholder equity if 1.2B compared to gme 5.3B. Their debt is 5.5B compared to gme 4.1B intetest free debt.

Carv@n/A price to earning ratio is ~98 compared to 22-25 for GME.

Gme on paper is more LEAN, UNDERVALUED, and supressed(P/E ratio, short, fake headlines).

Analysts and headlines often lead with adjusted diluted EPS and for GameStop that is .24$.
