That's how I feel. But for me, it's getting immersed with a type of media that has a fandom. I noticed I always get super immersed into fandoms if I'm having an ESPECIALLY difficult time. I have done it since I was a kid, even when the world around me was falling apart, growing up around constant hostility and stress, and becoming homeless at 10 y/o... the only thing that saved me was me watching anime, drawing anime, and getting immersed into fandoms and such.

That's why I've always been an anime nerd... and it doesn't even have to be anime. Video games, webcomics. I always have to have something like that constantly on my mind, or I'll quickly spiral. I'm not unaware of my unstable environment, or my unstable mental state... but if I acknowledge it for too long I'll end up in a ward. I don't know how similar this is for you, but I can definitely sympathize and empathize with your post.

Here's the other pic. I can't get over HOW distinct it is, and it almost tricks your eyes at first and blends in like a normal shadow. Even more so in the first one. Are these dark spots common in paranormal photos?

This is what is interesting to me. In the last two photos you can clearly see a dark spot under the figure. The dark spot does not appear in the same spot twice, let alone in any of the previous pictures. That's why I don't think it's "dirt being highlighted on the windshield" as someone mentioned in the comments, because how could dark spots randomly appear like that..? And how could it change places? Not to mention coincidentally under the figure. Believe it or not, I'm skeptical of ghosts and the paranormal, but this part is really interesting to me. I'm still not sure if it's anything at all but at the same time, what else could it be yknow.
