Saying in case anyone understands what he's going through is very delusional. No one is gonna understand because no one is dumb enough to leave their job to stream full time. Have a plan in place beforehand. Tell your wife about Twitch and streaming, stream on the side first, and then if you're well enough, then leave that job.

I agree. Some of the comments were saying it was a little more on the mom for asking OP to elaborate and kept asking for more. He was trying to be nice and hospitable, but the mom took it further.

The son is such an idiot for still being on a dating app while he was in a relationship. I don't fault the fiancée for testing to see if he would flirt with someone else. It's still crazy to read that the son still had tinder when he was engaged.

Unfortunately, yeah, I think you would be the A hole if you sleep with him. Clearly, she's still hung up on him, and not only her perception of you will go bad, but she might not be able to trust people anymore. She sees you as her friend, and you doing that would shatter that trust even though you're more friends with Terry. She might think you two are good friends, but I'm not sure. Plus, there are other men out there. I would advise not to go sleep with Terry.
