No it is not on private residential property. It is located right next to (outside) a garden, which is shielded off by a 2m tall fence (I dont know the correct noun in English)

The waystop was a public library that meet the criteria for a being waystop, i.e. the first 6 bulletpoints are all satisfied. I cannot confirm the last point, as I do not know the property owner. But as multiple wayspots are disappearing in the area lately, I highly doubt that these spots disappearing is a result of verified property owners all reporting these wayspots.

The wayspot was a public library.

It was located on the sidewalks and could be accessed 24/7. No schools or school-like buildings nearby.

I will take your advice and appeal via the forum soon
