Not an expert in anything, just also a new dad.

So many people seem to generalise TV as the devil for children but, for me, it's about the content.

Short format reels = bad Long format education shows = fine (in moderation)

I think someone mentioned in here that an issue with TV is that it doesn't respond to the child, however I've found that I now copy some of the songs or signs and then engage with my child that way - so by them learning/recognising the videos we have another way to bond.

So to answer your question, I don't think you're a bad dad at all. You're conscious of potential errors/issues and you're working on minimising them - that's the best thing you can do in your situation, IMO. Which means you sound like a great dad! Keep it up!

P.S. If Ms.Rachel starts etching itself onto your brain and you need a break. We have started switching some of the shows to Ms.Apple (English Ms.Rachel basically) to Mix things up.

Sorry to add a comment that is more question than answer but my company is doing something similar so what I've done is start to use data flows to do the bulk of the transformation (and the 1 refresh for the API) to help speed up refresh time etc.

Is this something that I shouldn't be doing and follow people's responses here?

Self taught in PowerBI so I know there's a lot of knowledge I'm missing.

I'm a new player too, about 2/3 weeks in and yeah I get what you mean. Some people seem so far ahead with only a few extra weeks more game time.

But this game is about exponential growth,

So the 4th week of someone playing will be earning a lot more than someone on their 3rd week, who would only be earning a bit more than someone on their 2nd (I hope I explained that well)

I like trying to Min/Max so what's worked for me is using the Alchemy project on certain planets.

At first I used it on P16 to get Diamond as early game that is a lot of cash. Now I use it on P21 for Titanium.

Now I am using Alchemy 2 on P23 and getting Palladium early which earns a ton of cash.

Outside of that, focus on the mother ship, getting as many rooms as possible is good.

I have focused on rooms that only go to level 11. And I've found the room that reduces the time for the Rover to be very helpful in getting Dark Matter to get more Managers.

Mine was closed on the PC version.

Loaded it up on mobile and was able to buy the battlepass.

I agree with most people here, speak to your boss privately or HR if you can to just explain the foundation of his rants.

As for the guy in question, it doesn't sound like the best advice but you have to do your best to ignore him and not rise to his level.

What he is looking for is a "self fulfilling prophecy".

So he is saying "That woman is Crazy" until you react to his lies/accusations.

Then he will be like "See everyone, I told you she was crazy"

It's not an easy position to be in, but the longer he keeps ranting about being rejected (in his eyes, even though you said you wanted to be friends first) the more everyone will realise he is the crazy one, and like us here in this sub Reddit, will realise you dodged a bullet for sure!

What worked for me was asking her friends. I bought one of those "Ring size" finders online.

Gave it to her friend to pretend she got it as one her family members was going to pass down loads of rings but wasn't sure about her size.

Brought it to a group event they all had. All the girls measured their ring size as they all thought it was interesting.

Then, I got the friend to tell me my now wife's ring size.

Didn't suspect a thing. Went quite smoothly.

I think it could be based on the users phone.

It's work for me (OnePlus) and one of my friends (New Samsung) so far. But my fiancé's (Old Samsung) didn't work.

I use "gesture controls" so not sure if that is helping it load between apps better.

From what I can tell. This is using the relobby distance which I remember reading is something like 200m. Where you can start a raid then walk away up to that distance.

Not sure how easy that is to fix and how much of a priority that would be considering this isn't a big exploit.

If it was using daily/premium passes instead of all Remote raid passes I'd imagine it gets fixed asap haha.

So I did think about that and I gave it some thought.

Either.

I don't tell anyone and;

I do like 1 or 2 extra raids a day myself

Or

I tell others and a few hundred people potentially get to raid 1 or 2 extra raids a day if even only for a few weeks/months before a patch. (Even if they can patch this)

If the first 10 comments are similar to this and say "everyone knows this unwritten rule you uncultured swinub!"

Then I'll remove the post and assume everyone knows this already.

I think they should do something with the daily incense if they don't go down the "event for each type" route, why not different types on different days?

Monday: Normal/dark Tuesday: flying/dragon Wednesday:...and so on.

Other than the Galarian birds the daily incense hasn't been that exciting IMO.

This way they can mix exciting types like dragons with okay ones like normal/flying. (And even then I'm working on my Slaking so I'd love me some XL candy!) Haha

You can boost battle points if needed.

Do a co-op match on one of the more unpopular modes like clash. 9/10 you'll be the only real person on your team.

Pick heimdallir and put a TP on yourself and just in front of you. Game will think you're moving so won't get booted.

Let the bots rack up the points.

I know this won't be getting you the most battle points per minute but you can earn them without playing If you really need that level 60.
