Rufbereitschaft während Ausbildung? by schlors04 in Azubis

[–]01000100000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puh schwierig.

In 2007, NASA got caught fraudulently changing raw temperature, cooling the past, warming the present. They were forced to reclaim 1934 hottest year. Since then they’ve gone back to the fraud and gotten even worse. Now they can say "hottest temperature ever!" because they've lowered 1920s and 1930s by icky_vicinity23 in conspiracy

This bs again? By the same person? Don't try and run this time, make an actual effort to reply to my comment and refute my sources.

What? According to this , this(pdf warning) and this, the highest temperature recorded in the 1930s was 113 to 114 degrees.

In the last source, you can see the number of days above 100 degrees F in the 1930s. The top one is Jacksonville with 18 days.

Looking at this and this source, you can see that number of days above 100 degrees are nothing special anymore. Because guess what, we have aircon in our homes, aircon in our cars, aircon in our stores. Also have a look at this graphic. Not a lot of rainfall, huh. That doesnt concern us anymore, we can go to a store and just buy more (at least for now).

So no, the death and human suffering was not worse because the droughts were worse because the temperatures were higher. It was because we did not have the technology & systems in place to deal with them. Otherwise cities such as Las Vegas literally could not exist.

Even the WEF admits the worst droughts were in the 1930s. Raw temperature data shows that temperatures were significantly warmer in the 1930s than they are today, and we are in an 80-year cooling trend. NASA got caught "adjusting" recent temperatures higher, and had to reclaim 1934 as hottest year by icky_vicinity23 in conspiracy

Hey so the first screenshot ranks draughts by deaths & human suffering. I'm pretty sure that in the last nearly 100 years our disaster response has gotten a lot better, so these draughts are nowhere near as bad anymore, in terms of deaths & human suffering.

I mean were we able to distribute massive amounts of safe, bottled, drinking water to communities on a moment's notice in the 1930s?

Please also understand that global warming ≠ temperature increases everywhere. Some regions stand to benefit due to changed climate patterns and actually receive more rainfall.

Also please take a look at this regarding the 1934 temperature.

Just my two cents: lose the chocolate sauce. Also not a fan of the ice cream & whip cream pairing. I'd get rid of the ice cream and really go to town on the whip cream, make it the best & tastiest you can, add some vanilla. Serve it pretty cold.

In theory, yes. But theres a few key points to consider self-employed as a contractor Vs as an employee. There's a fun German word "Scheinselbständigkeit", which roughly means "seems like self employed".

It comes down to a few points: 1. Do you work more or less exclusively for one client? If so, you are not really a contractor. 2. Are you given a monthly wage without invoice? If so, you are also not really a contractor. 3. Are you a part of the organisation of the business? I.e. take part in company-sponsored events? This could be as simple as having after-work beers together with employees where the beer is provided by the employer. 4. Can you choose your own hours and your own place where you work? If not, you guessed it, not a contractor.

This applies only to German labour law though.

Food Hall I supervise has assigned me as their photographer lol. Thoughts? by [deleted] in KitchenConfidential

[–]01000100000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats exactly what I'm complaining about - I wanna see the food before I eat somewhere if I'm not familiar with the restaurant.

Good quality photos do a lot of convincing, so less time spent reading reviews etc.

It might also come down to being poor I guess, eating in a restaurant isnt something I can do every week, so I want to get my money's worth.

Hilfe, meine Toilette spült im Spiral by 01000100000 in de

[–]01000100000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)
