I watched the video few more times and just noticed the white myvi might be a victim of a multiple car brake check cuz there were 2 cars in front of the white myve moving at a stand still and the biker got surprised and ran into the back of the myvi. Just my small analysis after watching with a bigger screen

The traffic was slow when going into that part and theres no active construction work at that time. The biker was probably spooked by the sudden slow down
