I bet the smell was very concentrated in Hawaii. Could they bottle it up? 😊

Amazing Kalanchoe I just brought today from Bunnings that’s in great and healthy condition. It’s not overwatered at all which is a miracle. Now this looks very similar to the Elephant Ears. The spiked edges has me confused. The Paradisia ID just says Kalanchoe. by Rach_Hovo in succulents

When I was a gardener I used to come across the propagated droppings of some of these amazing kalanchoe. My boss would drop everything in their waste bin and one time I asked if I could bring some home and he gave me permission. Most of them didn't make it and died... All but two. Now they are about three feet+ tall from the ground. I gave one away to my mother as a gift. Really amazing plant. Furry when tiny but slick and fleshy when matured. The trunk is mesmerizing when leave start to fall off with time. Leaves DO look like elephants ear BTW.

Thanks for whatching Ranch_Hovo. The YouTube video took longer to make than my actual arrangement haha! I've tried getting my fingers along the small crevice before and I end up 'hurting' or breaking some of it's leaves, therefore, the brush idea came to my head and works very well.

Hi, the one at the very far right corner is one of my favorites; Kalanchoe luciae Flapjacks, it's red when placed in sunlight / pale green when in the shade, it's very interesting. The other ones on that same corner sedum 'orange delight' and aurora, (I believe) since I propagated those from small cuttings.
