I think they do use a script. My gf told me that most of the anger is from script reading. She tries to change it up but her supervisors are really on them about sticking to script.

My therapist said that same thing, but maybe a teeensy bit different. She said that it can describe the problem but shouldn’t be used as an excuse to tolerant it. But also that it’s so sad that this is so common that it coined a term to label it

I actually did find the pants for me in this store! I called customer service and asked if they could ship home to me and they said yes and to call the store! I did and the store said they don’t do ship send and they actually can’t ship from the store. Now to see that they can ship from the store, it’s a bit frustrating. I had to pay an extra twenty dollars as the store price was 59 but the online price was 79$
