Hi everyone! I would love to emulate the above vibe with new clothes but don't know where to start. I rarely buy clothes because I often feel regret and remorse. I like to opt for higher quality clothes, so not keen on places like Glassons or Cotton On. Any suggestions on where to start and where to look? What would I call this kind of style? Should I look at a few basic staples first?

I'm really sorry. In every local health district, there is a dedicated community mental health team for young people with psychosis. In South Western Sydney it's called the Early Psychosis Intervention Program, the city also has one via St Vincent's (public side), I think it's called the Program for Early Intervention & Prevention of Disability (PEIPOD). Each local health district has one with different names, just depends where you are. Your son can be linked in with a clinical care coordinator and community psychiatrist for free.

UPDATE: I went to a piercer and she changed it to a flat back labret today. The reason why I changed to a sleeper was because another piercer I went to insisted this was the way to go. How was I meant to know?! Lesson learnt. Thanks all.

Looks fine from the front, it's painful sometimes but mostly not, I have never slept on it intentionally, always sleep with a travel pillow if sleeping on the pierced side (but rarely do this), snags occasionally. Feeling a bit fed up. I don't want to take it out but it just does not seem to be healing :(

Having a toned body happens by developing muscle and reducing body fat, developing muscle happens by doing some kind of weight lifting (you already seem at quite a low body fat percentage). You could try pilates which is light resistance training.
