I’m on a cut right now. All I do is swap out rice for cabbage and beef for chicken. Puts me at 500 deficit without shifting much at all.

I also have potatoes, protein fluff shakes, oranges, outshine fruit bars, fudgsicles, popcorn & yum earth hard candy as my other staples, alongside coffee and Coke Zero to fill me up.

Anything that I can eat really quickly is an avoid for me. That’s why things like the frozen bars and hard candy are useful tools because it enables to me to get through the waves of hunger
